CrystalReveal - Admin Guide
How to create, review, and deliver a CrystalReveal result from the Bomee Admin Portal.
Overview
CrystalReveal turns a standard ultrasound image into enhanced, share-ready keepsakes for your patients. From a single source image, the Bomee Admin Portal automatically produces a cleaned-up Basic result and a realistic Bonus result - each as both an image and a short transition video - and can optionally generate a lifelike Motion 8K video.
What you can generate from one session:
CrystalReveal Basic - preserves the original ultrasound while removing obstructions. Output: one image (JPG/PNG) and one transition video (MP4, about 3 seconds).
CrystalReveal Bonus - actively reconstructs realistic skin texture and facial features. Output: one image and one transition video.
CrystalReveal Motion 8K (optional, Extended plan) - a longer, lifelike motion video generated from the Bonus image.

Step 1 - Open Ultrasound Sessions
In the Bomee Admin Portal, click Ultrasound Sessions in the top navigation bar.

Step 2 - Find the session
Enter the patient's barcode in the search field (or set a date range), then click Search. Matching sessions appear in the list below.

Step 3 - Open the session
Click the session you want to work with. The session's ultrasound images load in the panel on the right.

Step 4 - Select the best source image, then start CrystalReveal
In the right-hand panel, select the single best ultrasound image - the clearest, best-angled shot. Once one image is selected (1 Selected), the + CrystalReveal button becomes active at the bottom right. Click it.
Tip: choose carefully - every generation, including changing the source image later, counts toward this session's 5-attempt limit.

Step 5 - Confirm to start generating
In the confirmation dialog, click Continue. You are taken to the CrystalReveal page and generation begins automatically.

Step 6 - Basic and Bonus generate automatically
Within a few seconds to about 30 seconds, CrystalReveal produces four outputs: a Basic image and Basic video, plus a Bonus image and Bonus video. Basic cleans up the original ultrasound; Bonus reconstructs a realistic face. Each output can be previewed and downloaded individually.

Step 7 - (Optional) Generate Motion 8K
Motion 8K is not created automatically. Scroll to the CrystalReveal Motion 8K section, click Generate, and confirm. It creates a longer, lifelike motion video from the Bonus image and takes a little longer than Basic and Bonus (roughly 30 seconds or more).
Note: Motion 8K requires the CrystalReveal Extended plan - if your account is not signed up, this section stays disabled. You can generate Motion 8K up to 2 times per session.

Step 8 - Regenerate if needed (up to 5 times)
If you are not satisfied with a result, click Regenerate to create a new version. Each session allows 5 generation attempts in total (the first generation counts as one, so up to four more). Changing the source image also uses an attempt. The counter at the top of the page shows how many remain (for example, Attempt 1/ 5 and Motion 1/2).

Step 9 - Send results to the patient's app
Until you send them, results are Hidden in App and the patient cannot see them. Choose how to share: Send Basic Only sends just the Basic result, while Send Basic & Bonus sends both (Bonus cannot be shown without Basic). Confirm in the dialog. The result then appears in the patient's Bomee app, inside the same album as their original ultrasound photos and videos. Sending a new result replaces the one currently visible for that session; Motion 8K visibility is not changed here.

Step 10 - Or download and deliver directly
You can download any single output with the green download icon beneath it, or click Download All. Files come as JPG/PNG images and MP4 videos, so you can print them, place them in a photo frame, or hand them to the patient however you like.

Step 11 - Reopen a result anytime
To review or continue a CrystalReveal you already created, open AI Image List and choose CrystalReveal in the top navigation. Find your session's row and click Open in the Action column. If attempts remain you can still regenerate; otherwise you can review, send, or download the existing results.
